Scott started his radio career in 1986 right here in North Mississippi. He worked
the coveted "graveyard" shift and weekends while getting degrees from Northeast Community
College (Journalism) and Ole Miss (Marketing). At one time or another, he's done just about every job you can do in radio...including part-owner and even engineer (you may remember the great blackout of 1993--sorry about that). Scott left radio for about a decade--but he finally cracked under the pressure of the "real world" and was sentenced to spend the rest of his life in radio. While that judgement is still under appeal--he's serving his time as the afternoon guy
on MISS 98 from 1p to 4p--and as a "constant thorn in the side" of Matt Wyatt on the SPORTS DRIVE, weekdays from 4p to 6p.
Scott and his beautiful, patient,loving, patient wife have four great kids. Did we mention his wife was patient?
